Friendly service, reasonable prices, very helpful! If you like going to the county tax office to get title transfers, license plates and renewal sticker ... then enjoy the long lines, unfriendly employees and limited help to resolve title problems. However ... the good folks at Texas Auto Title Service have helped me solve a couple title problems and were friendly and helpful. Remember, any place you go for license renewals will have a decent line right after the 1st of the month, no exception here, but they are fast, efficient and friendly, and they have comfortable chairs if there is a bit of a wait. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Unless you love wasting time and bad service steer clear of this place!!! First they make you "take a number" and wait to be called which would be fine if they actually went in order to service people. They let people frequently "cut" in line and/or wait a good while to call the next number when done with someone.

This place is a complete rip off. I feel sorry for whoever has came to this place from no go to the location on Pleasanton 3535 i payed 45 for a title change and at this was going to pay 300 atealing peoples money is what they are good for.
