I dont understand some of the negative reviews here. I have never had better or more personal customer service at a bank. Yes, they have switched over to video chats with tellers for the most basic transactions but any time I deal with the in-branch tellers they have almost always greeted me by name and have been more friendly and personable than any other bank interaction I have ever had. For awhile (before the economic downturn) they were paying 5%!! on their go green checking accounts so my wife and I just transferred all our savings from BofA over to coastal and were getting better returns than we could have with any CD. It is still paying 2% which is better than any CD I can find at the moment. Another way they save me money is with their free coin counting machine, very easy and I dont get charged 5% with coinstar or have to spend hours rolling all my change. They also have comfortable seating, television, specialty coffee and internet access, little perks that make it truly a nice experience. 5 stars from me!

It is sad how they have declined in recent years. They used to be tolerable. They have moved away from any human contact whatsoever, even if you want it. This sounds like a way to become efficient, but they have gone too far. I recently got a mortgage through them. It was impossible to EVER talk to anyone. They prefer to do everything via email (noone will ever talk to you) or online. I counted (thanks gmail), 94 emails back and forth. This was about 84 emails too many. I repeated things in different emails. I asked 4 times to have someone call me (no response). You will be sorry if you do business here.
This is a large branch compared with some others. Plenty of teller machines. They are doing so many things right I would just recommend everyone give them a look. Their automated tellers are open from 7am to 7pm every day of the week, they have extremely good loan rates, and they have a program that kicks back some money for high utilization.
Little Blue Stream
Terrible customer service. Request Ed name change and new card. Got new card but still old name. Plus, cancelled current card before replacement came. While On Vacation. Why not wait til I activate the new one??? Always something with these jokers.
Excellent branch of CFCU - Warren Murray is the Branch Operations Manager and is wonderful at what he does. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I work around the corner, but would drive out of my way to go to THIS branch.
I too do not understand all the negative reviews, I have nothing but good experience from CFCU for over 30 years..and the employees at this branch is very nice and helpful..
