This is the worst experience with a financial institution I have EVER had. Unfortunately I was not eligible to be a member, so they placed a hold on the account until I could verify my eligibility. Due to the hold, I could not see ANYTHING in my account, available balance, pending transactions, my account number, NOTHING. So Monday, February 1 I go to the bank to speak with a representative, she in turn CLOSES my account before telling me she was in the process of closed it. I asked her whether my payment for my rent had gone through and she stated that it had not so she reopened my account and we decided I would close the account after my next direct deposit went through to allow my job enough time to process the direct deposit to a different account. Saturday, February 6, I have an eviction notice on my door because the echeck for my rent was void. Tuesday, February 19 I receive a disconnection notice from my electric company because the e-check payment for them did not go through as well. So today, February 10, I call the bank to see what we can do and I am basically told they cannot do anything. So not only was my account closed WITHOUT my consent, no one wants to take accountability for the fact that this lady messed up my account COMPLETELY and I am left high and dry with a late fee. Not to mention my credit taking a hit because these payments did not go through. The worst part to me if the fact that I cannot sign into my account to even be able to see what is going on and whether or not my transactions are going through. Word to the wise, if you open an account with them, you better have an account open elsewhere as well!

Not bad so far good knowing people not caring if they car or not they get the job done regardless although happy some will step out of the box and be more friendly if you try to pull them out of the shell Profesionalism is there as well and confidence, if unsure they get you to right place can be some wait times but estamated time is normally less from told like that give it a 4.2 -4.4 at most over its current rating.

The phone system is RIDICULOUS!!!! It spends over 5 minutes trying to sell you things, and you cannot reach a LIVE person. Then after hearing "special" offers with TWC, Direct TV, and 15 other companies, it says the number that GOOGLE has on file for me has been changed. When it comes to reaching a bank, I spend less than 2 minutes on hold with my Gvrmt bank and I am in touch with a LIVE speaking person.

Wrote checks they will not honor, gave me run around about bogus endorsement that needs to be there when its there black and white. I will not accept their checks now even from customers. Never heard of a bank doing anything like this
