I have been working with Pilar Bulot all during the time that my son was a student at the University of Alaska Anchorage, well over 5 years! Living in Arizona and understanding the different insurance needs in Alaska was a challenge, but Pilar has always been so helpful and patient explaining everything to my son and me. She immediately developed a close bond with my son and so it was reassuring to me to know that he always had somebody in Alaska looking out for him, especially since I lived so far away. She also speaks Spanish - who would have thought!! My son enjoyed conversing with her in Spanish which helped him to keep his skills sharp. Over the years, Pilar and I have also developed that same strong bond due to the fact that we both love our kids and family so much. After 5 years of only talking with her by phone, I had the pleasure of meeting her - I always tell her now that she is no longer JUST our insurance agent....she is FAMILY! Her good nature, overall attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. I rest easy knowing that Pilar has thought of everything and has always made sure that we have the insurance coverage we need. There should be a quality rating much higher that Excellent for Pilar!

I have been completely satsified with Pilar at Justin Goodmans, State Farm Office. I am a new young business owner, and she went above and beyond to explain to me what policy best fit my business, She always answers any all question i have, no matter what the question is. My expirence with justin when i first bought my coffee shop, i was broken into a year later, and i told justin what had happend the next day,he personally came out to my shop to make sure i was ok, and i had gotten my security system fixed, and my dooor, and new lock installed!, i will be staying with Justin Goodmans Insurance Company forever! and referering Everyone i know to Pilar and Justin!

I really appreciate all the customer service and time that this Nicole from this State Farm took when answering all the questions I had. I needed to consolidate my Auto and Motorcycle insurance over, as well as start up a renters, personal artifacts, and extra coverage for hospital pay in case of injury with my motorcycle! She spent almost 45 mins on the phone, and scheduled a time for us to meet up face to face. I believe PEOPLE interactions and great customer service is something that more important that a rate plan.....With that said, I got all my coverage, lower deductibles, AND 3 new extra coverage plans for $20 less than I payed for before!

I normally dont write reviews but I had to share my wonderful experience with State Farm and Jen Ehrhart in particular. She did a very thorough job in explaining the details of my situation and explained step by step the entire process that would be occurring after I explained my situation to her. She did a wonderful job answering all of my questions and made me feel like she was concerned about me as a person rather than just a customer. Overall she did a wonderful job and really helped me through what would have been an awful situation.

I have had a wonderful experience and I like working with the same agents that have been at this location for about as long as I have been a customer. The office is comfortable and the customer service is still EXCELLENT!!! I especially like it when they have keepsakes available for the customers!
