Today Reuben helped me once again get the best coverage for the best deal! Starting a new business is exciting and full of things to do...one call to him and I can check off part of my long to-do list! I have been insured through his office for years and find that he is the best agent in town. He is a friendly and helpful professional who is not afraid to go the extra mile for his clients. He is quick and efficient and makes you feel like you are very special and not just another person he is dealing with. Reuben has an extremely busy schedule and it always amazes me how quick he gets back to me when I call. I’ve been insured by Reuben Willis- State Farm for more than 10 years and I am still satisfied because their service just keeps getting better. I felt very comfortable with all of their representatives especially Maricel Bohulano. She was very nice and patient. She made sure I was taken care of, that my vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction, and even followed up a short while afterward. I was impressed! We have them on all of our vehicles and the multiple car discounts they give us do really help. Also, their emergency roadside assistance is excellent and their internet option is very convenient. I also love their Hospital Income Policy that I signed up for and I thank Reuben Willis-State Farm for providing me an extra help to pay for those extra expenses when I was hospitalized due to complications of giving birth. After years of using State Farm, I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great Team!
