my experience with this agency in the past several months is all bad customer service there is none - the people working there are rude they look for every reason to not transfer or give someone there tabs they totally discriminate against people with disabilities - they should not be in the business of representing our state agency - I dont know what occured at this location recently but they have a complete turn over of employees got rid of all the nice helpful people replacing them with discriminatory rude people !! i will in the future go to renton or auburn this place should be closed down !!!!!!!

Terrible service. My wife signed the bill of sale and put the wrong date (next day instead.) The man didn’t give us a choice to correct. That means we have to go back tomorrow. How about if she puts the wrong year to 2018? Do we have to wait a year to transfer the title?? That is so stupid. No one can be signed up for the future. We may not be alive tomorrow. The Manager who’s in charge here should know how you guys mess with people. Why do your reviews have a lot of one stars? Totally never want to come back because Here is the one of two bottom of service in King County.

I moved in from NV and called ahead to make appt but found out you don’t need appointment, you just go in and wait for turn. Got told on phone what I needed to bring so I could get plates. Went in early morning and waited less than 5 min . There was a line forming on sidewalk even though it was only 715 am, with probably about 7 people in line. They unlocked door and had 3 workers at counter waiting for us...it was quick and simple! I will always go back to the kent office, they are great!!!

Had to go back 4 times just to do a simple transfer of a title. The girl helping me had no idea what she is doing as she kept going back to ask questions. No help at all. On the bright side it makes me appreciate everyone at any type of establishment or agency that is not completely useless that I come across now.

What a bunch of petty tyrants. Poorly trained and rude. First trip to change title...."you have everything you need, just get an emission test".....next trip with passing emission....You need proof of power of attorney"...... seller ended up physically visiting the site to clear it up. What a cluster!

It was quick and clean. I was worried when I got there and the lot was full. However, I was able to fill out the information and transfer my license from one state to another in less than 20 minutes. All three people who helped me were extremely friendly and helpful.
