We recently discovered that our chimney is leaking water into the fire place. Every time it rained a lot of water got into the inside of our fire place and spilled into the house. I looked for a reliable company, or a handy man to repair the roof. Most companies were too busy and were not interested in a small job like our chimney. Finally I contacted Panda Roof and talked to Issac Perez who came to my house climbed on the roof and immediately diagnosed the problem. He was very flexible and agreed to speed the repair before I leave town for a meeting. Indeed, he sent us a crew of 2 great roofers that did a marvelous job. Issac recommended to install a cricket next to the chimney in order to divert water preventing it from hitting the chimney and accumulating next to the fireplace shaft. The two young men that worked on the roof did a great and thorough job and afterwards painted the chimney and the top of the chimney. The next time it rained in Vero no water got into the fireplace. The chimney and the roof have have been repaired now for several months and we did get a lot of rain during that time, however, to date - not one drop of water got into our fire place. I am very grateful for the friendly people of the Panda Roof company for a job well done including a price that was very reasonable and fair.

Had missing shingles after recent hurricane, estimator came out looked at the damage and gave me a price. I asked if that part of the roof needed to be covered with a tarp. He said no you will be just fine. Two days later we get rain, damage to living room ceiling roof is leaking bad. Should have never put my trust in this guys answer! So Panda has 24 hour service? I called and called for two days with no answer the was over the weekend. I did talk to one person who did not ID himself, told me to call back during the week. I did make contact with the office a few days later they do not show me on there schedule. Cut to the chase, found another roofer, fixed the next day, now contractor on the way to fix the ceiling. still beating myself up for buying into the answers I got from this contractor!

Panda Contractors repaired a roof for us on 10/13/16. This is a first-class roofing contractor. The team that worked on our roof, Geraldo, Luis and Dio, completed the repair one-half day earlier than estimated. Most appreciated is the consideration exhibited by this Panda team. The team scoured the driveway and street for any loose nails and cleaned up all debris. When they disposed of the removed roofing materials, they also voluntarily removed debris that we had left curbside after cleanup from Hurricane Matthew. Thank you Panda Contractors. We will recommend your company to everyone we know!

I had a very complex roof repair and Panda was one of the few companies in town that could handle the task. In fact, they were incredibly responsive and professional unlike many of the roofing businesses in Vero Beach. Once they began the work, they found and repaired many other hidden issues that could have been easily covered up. In addition to being very responsive, they truly care about their customers and made sure we were completely satisfied. Panda will not be the least expensive quote, but we found the price competitive and certainly value the quality of work.
