Five stars for sure. Our new home was begun as a spec developer project and the footings had just been completed when we committed to purchase. RCL promised completion 12 months from then. How about the fact that we moved into our new 5400 sq ft home on the exact date they promised. Also the fit and finish is amazing. Everyone who visits is impressed. Six months later we have no open items and minor fixes are addressed quickly. Now we will see how it does in hurricanes.
