Tim Collier, State Farm Agent in Cape Coral Florida provided exceptional auto insurance service following our recent auto accident. I was amazed that every person in the process was so helpful, prompt and professional. From the initial call for help, through moving the vehicle, getting an estimate and processing the claim, every single person had my best interest in mind. They listened to my concerns and offered solutions. I went to the office for paper work and was impressed by the fresh, welcoming space and staff, and was fortunate to speak with Tim to share my positive feedback. The staff at the "800" line were just as supportive as the local team. The time to resolve all issues was only about 10 days! I would recommend State Farm and in particular Agent Tim Collier and Team in Cape Coral for auto insurance or other insurance.

Phone calls to voice mail not returned. Have been with this agency for more than 30 years. Service has gone from outstanding to very,very poor. Love State Farm but highly dissatisfied with this local agency. Tim took over this agency from his father Mitch. Now, phone calls do not get returned. Errors occur when applying payments. We have one home, four life, and three auto insurance policies through this agency. Payments get applied to the wrong policies. Phone inquiries receive incorrect information. After being told no payments were due we received a cancellation notice on auto insurance for non-payment. There is too much incompetence in this office. We are now trying to change agencies while staying with State Farm. BEWARE! THE REPUTATION ESTABLISHED BY MITCH IS NOW TARNISHED.

Just when I thought things were bad.. they went to worse. Purchased a new vehicle.. got quoted the wrong rate. Had to call 5 times to get an insurance card and then I find out they never changed my insurance over to my new vehicle. I finally switched Agents. The staff kept dropping the ball. Ive been with State Farm since I was 16. I have never lost my trust in them until now. I finally changed Agents and hopefully things will get better. Tim... I thought you were going to take care of my concerns after our conversation. You did not. I dont know what is wrong over there but things have gone seriously downhill in the last few months.

I missed a payment because i wasnt able to pay it due to loosing my job and the truck i had insured by them was my work truck that is broke down and i dont have the money to fix i just got a letter in the mail today stating i would loose my licence or take my tag to the dmv to give them it a tag i obviously paid for i am on here saying this so someone else doesnt make this mistake they never told me this would happen if i missed a payment its not right i dont know if other insurance companys do this i do know im going through a hard time during holiday season and this isent helping thanks state farm

If I could I would give him 0 stars I highly recommend going to another insurance State Farm agency. Tim Colliers is highly rude to customers wait 10 minutes after speaking to a customer to call back to apologize when he should have never gotten an attitude in the first place. Anytime you ask his agency for a corporate number they refused to give it to you.
