From Nancy - July 30, 2011 We just bought a house in Cape Coral, Florida. Our realtor directed us to Paulette. Not only did she call from her cell phone while she was out of the office to acknowledge my call, she called again the next day to go through what she needed from me and what to expect and how things would be handled. If you are looking for excellent personal service, thoroughness, that extra personal touch, you have found the right place with Paulette. She went above and beyond to get me the biggest discount and took away all my worries by handling everything since I was new to the way insurance is handled in Florida. These are great people with the old fashioned customer service that we all had years ago. She is also handling our car insurance. All I can say is WOW!!! Outstanding and all the other great words to describe a highly professional service. I would recommend Paulette and the Halbrehder Family Agency to everyone I meet. I give them 5 starts and A+ A+ A+. I want to personally thank Paulette and Jay for the time they spent on getting me a good auto insurance quote. They both were extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process, and gave very detailed responses to any questions I had. The whole agency went above and beyond the norm to make sure that they found me the best possible quote. In the end not only was I pleased with their superb customer service, but with the quote they found me I actually did wind up saving a good amount of money!
