I needed a worn-down, beat-up sofa removed and called 1-800 -GOT-JUNK to remove it. I submitted my request online and the process was very quick (less than five minutes). You just list all the items you want removed and pick a time window for them to arrive that best fits your needs. When they arrive they quote the price of removal to you and you can decide whether you want to pay it or not. If yes, then they remove the item(s) and you pay them by cash, check or CC. Cool thing is if you want same-day removal, they take $10 off their quote automatically. Also, I picked a time window beginning at 10am, however, I received a call from the office and from the collectors asking if I could move the time up since they were going to be in the area sooner. That worked for me so I said yes. Troy and Renell (I apologize if I got his name wrong) were the two guys that removed my sofa were friendly and professional. Needless to say, I liked the service and would definitely use them again to have my unwanted furniture and appliances removed.

The other removal service I originally called never showed up so we had everything packed and ready to go (moving tomorrow!). I requested an appointment with this company same day and got an appointment eithin a few hours. They called and updated me twice on their estimated time of arrival which is polite and courteous. They were wonderful, polite and literally removed what we thought was going to be a very long job in a little over a half hour. The price wasnt as steep as I originally thought it would be and they explained everything price-wise thoroughly. I would absolutely recommend! They made this day go a lot smoother than planned!

Fantastic service! Pat and Eric called to confirm our appointment and asked if it was ok if they were early (which it totally was). They introduced themselves upon arrival, saw what needed to be taken, and gave the estimate within minutes, then got to work. The entire process took around 45-50 minutes and they were profesional and curteous, which is very important to me! All charges and surcharges (for a TV and old tire) were explained clearly, also explaing how many of the items would be recycled. Excellent service, reasonable rates. Would definitely recommend!

The men from 1-800-Got-Junk do fine work, they call when they are coming ,they introduce their selves and are very courteous and efficient. I had a very heavy geri recliner chair that needed taken apart to fit through door. The guys quickly and efficiently completed the task and took it out the door. I have had them at different times remove items and each time it went smoothly. The prices are reasonable and you can depend on them to come. Many items that they take would not be picked up curb side by refuse workers so service is well needed and appreciated.

I had a great experience with this company. The guys called me to let me know when they would be here. They were within the time I had signed up for and they were very nice and professional. They asked me to show them where everything was and then they gave me an estimate of how much of the truck my goods would take up. The estimate was very accurate. The guys were very careful when moving the stuff. One of the things was a very heavy king mattress and they had to maneuver a staircase with a turn in it. I was very pleased with how everything went.

Andre and Evan arrived right on time and got right to work. They were both very professional and removed our junk from the basement, garage and back of the house. Some of it was darn heavy! These guys were great and I would highly recommend 1 800 got junk. We thought the price was reasonable considering they had to lug a lot of it upstairs and from the backyard!
