I called yesterday but could not set up an appointment because your systems were down. I was promised a call back and you actually called me back today. That like never happens nowadays. Not only that but I asked for an appointment today and you said OK! That like never happens nowadays. Not only that but the driver called to confirm the appointment and showed up early, BEFORE the scheduled window! That like never happens nowadays. I was convinced customer service was a lost art in this country but you have proved me wrong. Now, can you teach your customer service model to insurance companies and airlines? Bravo 800-Got-Junk, bravo indeed.

I just bought a new house. Contacted a couple haulers looking for help cleaning up some things old owner left and boxes. One out of five I called even returned a call. Then I remembered about 1-800 Got Junk! Sent them an email, received a confirmation that someone would be out the next day. The guys were right on time, looked through the items and offered a fair price for removal. After that they were quick, and even swept the garage floor after! I absolutely would recommend them!

I was very impressed and grateful for the young men who went above and beyond duty by helping my daughter and me with moving some heavy items from basement to garage. They had no problem helping us clean up our yard of "junk" and getting it ready for the new owners. They were quick, efficient, and very nice to talk to- thank you- good help is hard to find-:)

I had 1-800-GOT-JUNK on speed dial when remodeling my basement last summer/fall. Highly professional crew! Thorough! Friendly! They always got me on the schedule quickly! The reason I used 1-800-GOT-JUNK rather than another service is they recycle and donate your junk instead of just taking it all to the dump. I recommend them to EVERYONE!

Within 4 hours of setting an appointment online all of my unwanted junk was gone! The two fellas who did the work were very courteous and careful while hauling heavy, awkward objects up my twisty basement staircase. The price was reasonable for the amount of stuff and the amount of labor. I would definitely use their service again!
