I always heard good things about A-Affordable and was not disappointed when visiting the Boston location. Lorena was the agent who assisted me with my policy. She was polite, attentive and very informative. Lorena definitely made it easy for me to get my car on the road asap. Which we all know can be a nightmare when showing up to the DMV without all of the correct paperwork. She took the time to make sure my experience was trouble free. I was beyond impressed with her level of service. Not once did I feel rushed, or confused. Lorena also assisted my mother in-law with Home insurance quotes the very next day. I have been recommending the A-Affordable Insurance Agency to everyone I know, and urge all to give them a call for any insurance needs.

She also searches until I get the best rate possible for my insurance. She also made it easy when I was purchasing my house by helping me with all of my new homeowners insurance questions. I was very upset with my past insurance and I called the office hoping to get someone who knew their stuff and I was lucky! A-Affordable, you are definitely doing something right with having her on your team. I would highly recommend speaking to her if you are shopping or would just like to have some questions answered.
