Kudos to both Baskal Korkis, who initially interfaced with me and later Mena Bassous who finalized this transaction. Initially, Baskal informed me of the advantages of switching to Allstate and was very thorough and knowledgeable of all the details concerning the policy coverage and options. I found Baskal to be extremely personable and intelligent. I have transfered both my auto and homeowners policies to his agency. Mr. Mena Bassous was also a pleasure to deal with. I was able to finalize the Drivewise program, create an on-line account, and complete the final sign-off of the new Allstate Platinum auto policy. I hate dealing with insurance companies because i feel like im being ripped off but honestly this agency is one of a kind, they literally make sure you are in good hands with Allstate ! Mr. Korkis has made it his personal mission to show me how much i can save utilizing his services! I like to keep more of my money, not just fork it over to the insurance companies cuz they say so! I am so grateful she did. She listed to what I had to say and honestly I felt she understood my concerns. I had an issue with my mortgage company "dropping the ball" and not sending payment to my insurance company on time. This caused me to have to find a NEW insurance quote/company... Kim with Korkis Insurance was excellent at assisting me with my issue and within a day I had new insurance coverage. Excellent customer service.
