I met Ricardo after being in a car accident because I wanted to change insurance companies. Unfortunately, two weeks later, I was in a second accident. Ricardo called me right away to ask if I was all right. That gesture meant the world to me and at that moment I realized that I was really, "In good hands". The staff at Allstate are always professional and courteous. I am thankful I went with Allstate for all of my insurance needs.

I went about year ago or longer & the agent sucks, talked a lot and tried to sell me everything!!!!! He has no way of talking to customers and the girl that works in the office always so rude and the two times I went in she looked Very unprofessional (a little hoochie) Reyna seemed nice but Academy west took care of me with a better price
