People in the office are very unprofessional. One woman was not dressed business friendly she had her body all hanging out me and my husband saw things we shouldnt have in an professional environment. When your waiting for your walkthrough. The girls in the office act like highschool. I remember specifically this girl said she only likes white sauce on her pizza the other girl started freaking out asking all the customers and possible renters are you an alien do you eat pizza. She blew it way out of proportion and was extremely obnoxious. I was like she was harrassing the other girl for an hour and making her feel different. Screaming she was and alien. Truly immature. It doesnt feel like a professional environment at all. You can catch these ladies cursing constantly even when your signing papers. Its beyond informal i cannot stand it. I prefer yes mam no mam and mrs. Not the way they talk to me like i am a dude or bro. They lack professionalism and respect. Look and act professional and speak accordingly.

I’ve never had a bad experience with a rental company until now. A busted pipe in the apartment I rented caused one of the bedrooms to flood halfway through the room and mainly in the closet area. The flooded room caused stains in the carpet from a Nike shoebox that was sitting on the floor. During my out-inspection and during the process of getting my deposit back, I was told that I would be charged for the stain because it “looked like orange paint, crayon, or spray paint”. I definitely will not rent with this company ever again. The charge is only $45 but the fact that I explained in my work order for the flooded room that it caused damages to carpet and they’re still not willing to refund my money is simply ridiculous. This company is simply about every dollar that it can scheme out of a customer and if I honestly could give this company a negative 5 stars I definitely would. The company should DEFINITELY be blacklisted for military!!!...smh

Everything was good up until move out. They drag their feet with returning your deposit and charge for the absolute dumbest stuff (chalk marks in the garage). My house was due to be inspected sept 11th but of course due to the hurricane we were under mandatory evacuation. I asked them on the 9th when I turned my keys in if they would wait until the evacuation was lifted to inspect and they told me yes. Well that was a lie. A week later they attempted to charge our deposit for things being dirty when the cleaning lady had already told them what day she was coming. I don’t understand how they could miss that or forget when she is contracted through them. They are not military friendly whatsoever and take advantage of the fact that they can’t be confronted in person due to pcsing. I have never not received majority of my deposit because my family is not dirty nor do we tear things up. Definitely will be going into JAG. Beware !!!!!!!

should be *Military BLACKLISTED* DO NOT RENT. Upon move in the house was so dirty that we were given 2 days of free rent after our move in date ($82) then subsequently charged $250 upon move out for cleaning and "deodorizing" the garage. The yard was a wreck and the grass was tall, the home owners had left a overgrown garden in next to the driveway that became my problem on move out($35 to pull small vine down from garden wall) You will not see your security deposit back and will be gouged for minor repairs. Had I not looked at the out inspections charges, I was going to be charged $15 to unscrew a TV cable cord from the wall and $10 to screw a nob back onto a drawer that had come loose. If you do business with them, ensure that you annotated every single scratch in that house, every smell and every little thing that you find wrong in order to protect yourself.

Their service is horrible. Their agent lied to me so that I signed into a lease for 6 months. She said an investment company own this building so that you can live there as long as you want. Just two weeks after we moved in, the building was sold to another owner. Now, i have to move again and spend all these unnecessary money and time and energy. She also lied to me when I was checking out the apartment that water and garbage is included in the rent. But when I signed the lease, I was too stupid to trust her include that item in the lease. When I called her again, she never answer my question and transfer me to her manager. Her manager said: "since you singed the lease, that means you agreed to pay for water, there is nothing that we can do!" Such horrible experience! Do not recommend any one to rent from them! Do not be another victim of them!!!!!

I would like to recommend the Hinesville Holtzman Realtor for anyone that is looking to purchase a home whether its their first home or renting. Mrs. Sandy Duggan is a very professional and has a great wealth of rental knowledge in her field of profession. Due to the fact that my property is located in Hinesville, Ga. Mrs. Duggan has educated me to the point of where I call once a month to just check own my property for my situational awareness. I am more knowledgeable on how to read the owners statement. Toby Mahan is a very professional Holtzman Realtor advisor in the rental property department, he ensures that the owner understands the entire rental contract agreement during his consultation with the owner at their home.

I would not recommend renting from them at all. My family and I left town before they did the out inspection, which we were ok with since we had all of the pictures from the initial inspection that they sent to us when we moved in. Next thing we know they come up with all kinds of minor issues that was like that when we moved in, but after arguing with Brittany for days and sending her several pictures to back up the fact that what she was saying was BS over half of our deposit was took. Out of $1100 we only got $535 and if anybody would have seen that house they would know that $565 was nothing but a total get over. I will never ever ever rent with Holtzman again!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.. they are a rip off for military especially. they charged me $15 to remove a dish from the ground when i moved out and i know i cleaned the place before moving out. There customer service is terrible. My fridge was broken when i moved in and they took almost two weeks to bring me another one, and i have 4 small children. the house was beautiful but dealing with these people makes me want to never rent again. They are rude. But soon as you are late paying rent they file within two weeks to get you evicted. They are just terrible....so i say to you again DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

If you are military DO NOT rent from them. They will try to find ways to take all of your security deposit. My husband PCS to Korea we are gave us a 1,500 bill that we owe in "damages" and those damages was little holes in the walls so they needed to basically paint the whole house. Last I checked that was normal wear and tear. We also got our carpets cleaned by one of there venders and they still charged us to do another carpet cleaning. Worst realty company I ever rented from.

I have had multiple issues with this reality company and they are not Military Friendly. I could list many other issues I have had during my lease with their company so email me if you have specific questions about their service and treatment of their renters. I am currently submitting a voucher for this company to be placed on the off limit establishment for Service Members at Fort Stewart because I don’t feel that anybody else should be subject to their predatory practices.

Having rented from Holtzman for 4 years I have to say I would, and do, highly recommend them to friends. They have always been friendly and professional with everything. We have had over the years several maintenance needs and they have always been taken care of quickly. I have also been impressed with the contractors they use, they have never sent anyone over to my house I was uncomfortable having there.
