Before we switched to Ostler Insurance Company we were using a different company that was a good option for us because of the low prices we were paying. The biggest problem I had is that the agency was a call center and not an agent. We never received the personal touch and would always have to wait in a call cue to get the answers we needed. We made the switch to receive the service that an agent should have with their customers. The transition was smooth and Curtis not only saved us money on our home insurance but got us better coverage. He always responds quickly to questions and never pressured us.

I was switching from Bear River Mutual. Not only was I able to save money by switching to Allstate but Curtis handled everything from start to finish. Dealing with Bear River was IMPOSSIBLE. Curtis took it in his own hands to work with them for me to make sure I got my money back, things got cancelled, and the new Allstate policies went into effect ASAP. We have multiple policies through Curtis now and I am 100% satisfied with all of them.
