I was a previous client of the Guilderland Agency/The Murray Group until 2011. I had left due to my agent moving companies. Over the past 3 years, I have fought tooth and nail to get my current agency to provide the quality service I once had received from the Murray Group. Long story short, it never happened. So I found myself calling on the Murray Group once more. Jim Murray was more than happy to help me out with my questions and concerns and was more than prompt to get back to me. It was a pleasure to receive the customer service and quality care that they provide. I can say I no longer feel like a burden or just a number. They truly make you feel important.

Our insurer was there for us once again earlier today. After a two-hour wait at the DMV for our number to be called, we realized that we did not bring with us the proper Insurance Card in order for our Replacement car to be registered. Our wait seemed to be in vain. Then my husband called the Murray Group in Albany - in less than 10 minutes the required document was faxed over to the Bethpage DMV on Long Island. Another five minutes later we received the Registration Card for our new vehicle. Our day was saved. Thank you very much for your work excellence.

I own many successful multiple family rental properties in Albany , Not to mention a Business located within A NYS Owned Building.
