I did not have a good experience. I had some work done on my van by another mechanic and was told my front brakes were gone. I called triple a because the brakes were not even a year old. I was told that my brakes were under warranty but I had to bring it back to the shop. I brought it back and was quoted a price of $348.86. I asked them why because my breaks were under warranty . I told them no and asked for a copy of the bill. IN that estimate was a charge for adjustment to the rear brakes( of which I never asked for) and a charge to dump fluid that was on the back breaks. When I complained about these charges they took them off. OK what about the warranty on my front brakes. I was told that the front brakes was not covered because the front calipers were stuck and it would cost me $281.61 to unstick them in order to cover the warranty on my brakes. I declined. I took my van to another mechanic and got the brakes fixed and nothing was stuck at all. So now I had to pay for brakes that I supposedly had a warranty on. Because I am a woman, they thought they could get over. (They might do this to the men too) I am a sales person and run into alot of people, and I make sure that I tell everyone I see not to take their car to triple A. I also plan to put a complaint in the better business office as well on yelp.

This particular location gave me great service. As a woman its hard to know what my Van needs to keep it running smoothly. I drive my kids around in this van so its very important to me that whoever services my vehicle, gives me as much information as possible to keep it serviced properly. Jimmie and Andrew at the front counter are very knowledgeable and updated me with any additional work they saw I might need during my Oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a company that will be honest with you about what your car needs. It feels good to know I can walk in and be personally recognized as a past customer and receive excellent care.

Ms. Connie is the best, exceptional customer service. I had to go to her location as a result of work done incorrectly on my vehicle at another AAA location. On this day, my car shut down on me. Luckily, I was at work and not on the highway. I took my vehicle in and not only did Ms. Connie get the issues corrected on my car, she did additional service at no cost to me to ensure that I was completely satisfied and that my vehicle was running as it should. Afterwards, Ms. Connie along with a technician returned my car to me at my place of work and followed up with a phone call the next day to check on my "big boy." Her level of dedication should set the bar for all AAA location managers... S

I had an excellent experience here at this location. I came in to renew my expired membership and have my battery replaced. Because I was considered a "new member" they typically charge additional fee for towing. However, Connie who I assume was in management with AAA took it upon herself to come to my car located at different location to change my battery and run some diagnosis tests. A problem that caused me worrisome and headaches was properly repaired in no time. I am extremely pleased with not only the work they provided but also the customer service and eagerness to help. I highly recommend this company and especially this location. Great customer service and great people.

Excellent customer service !! Paul de Serres is an excellent Service Consultant. My car had sustained damage, and I had to deal with an insurance company to get it repaired. Paul walked me through the entire process. I felt so confident in his ability to take care of my car and my needs. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me and provided me with all the documentation I needed to resolve the issue. I will tell my friends and family about my great experience with Paul and AAA. 5 stars is not enough - thank you Paul and AAA, for the great service you provided. I will be back.

We went for a wheel alignment issue. Mr. Paul de Serres provided us excellent professional service. He is a caring, kind and sincere person. He looked at our car and provided some great advises, enabling us to carry out other required services which we might have overlooked, along with getting us AAA membership and helping in AAA Credit Card application. The other staff members were also very cordial and provided my wife with AAA Travel plan information. We would like to recommend Mr. Paul de Serres for promotion/bonus for his sincere dedication and efforts and this facility for 5 star for being customer centric.

This company towed my motorcycle. The driver and his assistant claimed to have the proper knowledge and equipment to handle a motorcycle. However they did not. My windshield was cracked as a result of using Tow Mark Durham to deliver my motorcycle to the garage. When I opened a claim regarding the damage a quick investigation took place and my claim was immediately denied. If you have AAA RV Plus and break down on a motorcycle in the Raleigh - Durham area heed this warning, DO NOT USE TOW MARK!

Was told that my 11 month old battery had a bad cell, produced only 9.05 volts and needed to be replaced, they even gave me the results from their battery test to confirm. It was a LIE. I took my car to 3 other independent shops for 3 more battery tests. Each result was the same thing, my battery was fine, was 100% charged and produced 12.7 volts. Wonder if their is a connection between the fact that they sell batteries and the results they assigned to my battery.

I have started using AAA as my primary car care source as I have an older vehicle. I have been very pleased with the quality of the work. The overall experience has been very good. This past visit, my car needed significant work and I needed my car to get to a Dr. appt. They were able to work on my car and they had a wonderful van driver take me to and from my appt. They go out of the way to make sure that the service experience is above and beyond.

Sometime back I had an oil change at AAA and 2 months later I found out that the entire air filter was missing... I thought that was an accident. Today after an oil change at AAA I checked the air filter and the whole air filter mechanism hooks were taken off... letting air in. Now I am beginning to doubt if the first time was an accident or a purposeful act to deteriorate my car. 1 star because I cannot go any lower.

Staff was very friendly and informative. I was a walk-in with several car repairs. I left the shop to do other stuff. They called with a quote 45 minutes after I left. I authorized the repairs, and they completed everything 2 hours before the promised time. Saved some money as a AAA member. Will definitely return.

Made an appointment to get my oil changed. Waited 45 minutes before seeing my car pulled into the garage. By that point I wasted my entire lunch break and still had NO OIL CHANGE. Apparently making an appointment means that you are on their schedule still.....will not ever go back.

Becoming increasingly disappointed in this place. Leaking oil right after an oil change, leaving parts laying on the engine under the hood, not having parts for an appointment and not bothering to let us know until we got there. Just seems to be really unprofessional.

7/29/17..Just tried to rip my daughter off for an annual inspection. Told her it was $45 dollars until she challenged them. Then the technician went back to "check" the price. Then they tried to tell her she needed over $500 in repairs!! Unscrupulous!!
