I had a bad experience with this group. I was set up with home insurance through State Farm several weeks before the closing date of my new home. One week after I closed, I was called and informed I could not be covered because I had made a claim on my renters insurance nearly 3 years ago, and they would not take on new clients who had a 3-year claim history, regardless of the circumstances. This is poor service and poor business. This was a waste of money, and an inconvenience. I was very disappointed with the way this was handled, the untimeliness, and the lack of professionalism.

I would recommend Nicole Williams to anyone who is looking for excellent insurance coverage. I would also give State Farm in general a 3/3 rating based on my dealings with their adjusters, claim managers, and finance personnel.
