Received a Colection call from this company for a medical bill from Williamsport Hospital- Susquehanna Health. The most unprofessional and unlawful possible. I am payed the easy payments, the Hospital keeps cashing my checks while sending me to this collection. They should learn that is unlawful to call and harassing a customer at work especially with they get monthly payments. Penn Credit Corporation should be out of business for this kind of practice.

Ive never had issues with them before but i do know that i have a traffic ticket with them. Ive never recieved any calls from them ever. And the only reason i know of them is cause i look up the traffic ticket and there information cam up on miami dade clerks off so they are real company. They work with the state of florida . But its weird because i have tickets that are from 2001 and this one in particular was sent to them werid well.

This has to be a scam. My husband got a letter in the mail for a ticket in a county that he never has been to. He called and the lady gave him a license plate number that had to many numbers and not any of the license plates that he has ever had. She then told him when it was and in what car. Said 2015 in a car that we sold in 2014. We called the DMV and they said that there is no license plate with the number she gave us at all.

This is a foex!!! They called my house on Sat, Sunday and everyday after that until I was finally at home to answer.... They said I owed a debt that I had taken out of my Checking every month for the last 4 years!!! I called the Company they was trying to say I owed and they told me no it was not TRUE.... I called Penn back and they told me never to call them again!!! lol They called me!!! So I just reported them!!

I avoided calling this number back because of all of the bad reviews. I called them today and the lady was very nice, asked what phone number they had been calling, I gave it to here and she gave me the name of the person they were looking for. I was close to my name, wrong MI and old last name. Skip tracing...this must be like a final call kind collection....they are really reaching on the skip tracing.

If I could give a minus 5 stars rating I would. These guys have been calling me 2 to 4 times a day since I have had this number. They have not removed me from their call list even after I left at least 10 messages with staff including these 2 executives :Tom Foley and Tim Foley. Of course the FCC takes your complaint on the web and closes it without attending to it in 48 hours. What is wrong with all this?

Received an obviously fraudulent "request for payment" on a bogus utility bill from 4 years ago. Not only did they have the name of the utility company wrong, but my account info as well. When I explained this to the CSR at Penn, she hung up on me. When I called back to further explain why I feel this is an attempt to collect a bogus debt, I was hung up on again.

I used to work for this company. They treat their employees as bad as the people they call on the phone. Most of the debts collected are for scam mail order companies that prey on the elderly. The whole company is shady and the owners especially are slimy individuals. The world will be a better place the day this company goes out of business.

Incredibly rude and disrespectful. Continually called my house in an apparent attempt to get a hold of my son. When I asked them why they were calling, they were rude and would not provide any information regarding the constant calls. This company has no regard for courtesy or professionalism.

They are relentless! They have called me at 9:00 pm, anytime on Saturdays along with Sundays! Try to call them back, I either get hung up on or no answer at all. I thought there were laws protecting individuals from getting calls from collectors on Sundays?

Unprofessional.... I received a notice of collection for a ticket I already paid, call to let them know and it seems an 13yold answer the phone. with half ass answers as what I should do and were to send the proper payperwork.

Got a letter with really bad grammar first of all, saying I owed the county for a ticket I never got and that my licence was suspended. I checked the dmv site and my licence us valid this has to be a scam. Smh
