They are really nice at the branch but you have to be able to visit the branch for practically anything, god forbid you need assistance during the weekend or during a holiday time you are stuck until the following week. there is no phone customer service whatsoever! If you get locked out of your account, forget your username and or password you have to wait and then actually go see someone. meaning you are locked out of your own account, funds, and you are temporarily out of commission until they are open. This is terrible service for the day in age we live in now. A tiny call center who can assist clients would go a long way. Sincerely thinking of moving my account else where dont know why i havent done so already. ---------- Second issue, once again closed during holidays with no assistance or customer service availability at all. Our loan payment is due and we cannot access our accounts let alone make a payment. This bank is absurd. DO NOT BANK HERE save your self the headache. Would give negative stars if I could.

I would highly recommend the Summit branch to anyone. I walked in and was called within 10 minutes of sitting. I was helped by Ms. Lorena Martinez, whom was extremely polite and professional. She patiently worked on my concern and resolved it within minutes. I truly felt like I was in great hand, because of her work I would highly recommend this branch as oppose to the other nearby branches. She truly adhere to providing outstanding and swift customer service. So if your truly looking for the best credit union branch and knowledgeable person to help you ...come to this location and ask for Ms. Lorena Martinez. You will not be disappointed!

I had the best experience ever. Danielle Villanueva who is a member relation specialist was great. From the second she introduced herself I knew she was professional. She took her time to explain my benefits and address my needs. She got me a greaaaat rate on my car loan and helped me achieve every goal I went there for. We did not have a good experience with this CU. Wait times for service were often lenghty. Staff is knowledgeable but 45 minutes to see a bank representative is too long. We closed the account.
