Worst Customer Service EVER! Multiple occasions. From very important business wire transfers which took top management days to execute correctly, to simple day to day interactions. Very Inept. Too much waste. Looking for a new Credit Union. If you care to save a customer it can still be done. Reach out. I have been a member for about 3 years now. My husband and I are now on our second vehicle loan. We have gotten the best rates and the best customer service. Everything is always so easy and quick. Applying for the car loan literally takes 5 minutes over the phone. We tried other banks and it was a huge process where we needed to fax and mail in all types of proof of income, etc.. We will be sticking with PSECU for a very long time!

I think this financial institution gets its good reputation from their low interest rates on loans; it cannot be for any other reason. Every attempt to talk to a human being either on the phone or in person is met with contempt and/or general unwillingness to help. Customer service is not impressed upon their employees, which is a shame.

Website states the 1 Credit Union/HACC location is open on Saturdays, 9-5PM. Not true, but hey, banks care nothing about its members, only themselves and profits (bonus checks). I wish you could give them zero stars.

I have always had amazing service with PSECU and the rates are amazing. I have never had an issue when dealing with them and they always handle any issues I have in a reasonable time without any problems.

I spoke with two different managers in the past 2 days regarding a concern and they were both very rude and condescending. I would switch to another credit union where they treat people with respect.

Very nice customer service, polite and always are able to answer questons about loans and accounts. And the wait time indicator is new and will tell you how long its gonna be, very pleased.

Free Stuff

Really wish businesses like this would be open convenient hours for their customers. Might be nice for their employees but not for most of us that work during the day.
