We purchased our car with them 3 years ago. They were the only financial place at a big dealership that took a risk with us be a use of our credit scores. We paid it off and purchased another that day the finance company the dealership wanted us to go with interest was to high. So the manager at oecu told us she could save us 3.5% on interest. She fought for us while we were there called the loan underwriters she plead our case and great payment history and bam she hooked us up our payment is going to be 70 dollars cheaper a month with all the extra warranty,gap coverage.

She has helped us on other loans in the past, and she is always very knowledgeable, professional and reachable. Horrible customer service, and most if not all of the workers have no clue what they are talking about. Take your business elsewhere. Hidden fees that they will withdraw from your account without authorization.
