This place has the worst service. Even trying to get someone on the phone is a chore. I feel as if the handful of employees I have interacted with were so overworked they were unable to resolve the mistake PSCU made with our car loan. 26 mins of being on hold during normal working hours without talking to a representative, nice work!

Always helpful, and they go out of there way to help you. Even when you bank with another out of state credit union. They also do there best to keep lines moving by opening up another teller line when needed. Thank you!
