Only insurance company who cant release a binder for a dealer, even when the customer added the vehicle previously. Mary(the representative) and edan(the surpervisor) from the corporate office were extremely unhelpful from the beginning of the conversation. If this is what happens just to obtain proof of insurance then i cant imagine if you have to file a claim. Look elsewhere for coverage

The staff tends to rush through things, which is great if they put you in the right line the first time. This last time this made us and a couple people around us end up waiting in two lines instead of one because the check in person just assumed we were registering cars. Another down side, they only take cash or check.
