I am writing under my husbands account btw.. I have been with Doug Troxel since I first got my license (17 years now) my mom and step father were insured thru Doug (state farm) I have to say with every thing life has handed to myself / husband/ family, State Farm has stayed true to us and been by our side every step of the way. I have kept state farm after moving on my own because of the exceptional customer service whether it was with Doug Troxels staff or with the claims dept.We have our home owners, personal vehicle and business insurance) I have always felt very well taken care of with them. Its a great feeling to know we are being taken care and can depend on a company thru any of lifes challenges and not have ever been dropped! State farm may not be the cheapest insurance companies out there but you truly get what you pay for!! Thank you for taking care of my family Doug / State Farm. You have our loyalty for life!!! Thanks for being so trustworthy!!

I rarely take the time to write an online review. However, my recent experience with Kelli Outler, Office Manager for Doug Troxel/State Farm, has been so pleasant I wanted to acknowledge this positive customer service. I needed to switch over my home and auto insurance and the process was amazing smooth! Kelli answered all my questions and took care of things promptly. My mortgage company later failed to update my information and Kelli again took the time to make sure they had my updated policy information. I recommend this office for anyone who wants a smooth ride regarding their insurance needs. I am an extremely happy customer!

I have worked for Doug for over 20 years. He is the best boss and this is the best State Farm office to work for. I love our clients and being able to help them with all their insurance needs.
