I called last year. I wanted a new bathroom door, a lock on my storm door and French doors instead of my sliding glass door. When the installers came out they brought the wrong door for the bathroom and the wrong door for the French doors; the only thing they could do was repair the lock on the storm door. I had already paid over half the money for the doors and lock. They told me that someone would get a hold of me to discuss the bathroom door and the French doors. Months went by and no one called me. I drove into Spokane and talked to them. They never even gave me back my money. They told me th y would come out and fix the French doors. They told me that someone get a hold of me to discuss the bathroom door and the French doors. Months went by and no one called me. I drove into Spokane and talked to them. I asked for my money back. They told me that they would come out and install the French doors. When they came out they realize that they had the wrong doors. Winter came and went and in the spring of this year I went back and showed them a picture of the bathroom doors I wanted to order. I was told that they would give me pricing. Once again I waited several months. I called and spoke to the owner and he said they’ll get on it right away. Months went by again and when I called to speak to the owner again I was told he was out of the office, then calling back the excuses went from out of office, then out of town, excuses went on finally I was told he didn’t want to talk to me. and The receptionist was rude every time I asked to speak to the owner. I drove back in and was told that they would come out and install the French doors when I asked for my money back. They never gave me a price for the bathroom door and finally when I pressed it they gave me an outrageous price. When the installer Lynn came out he smoked and tossed his cigarette butts around my house in the yard. He started to laugh when he realized the door was wrong yet again. I heard him on the phone telling how he had the sliding glass door removed and the French doors went in backwards. He told me He was going to prop the door in with wood wedges. I wasn’t happy with the situation since I had to leave for a few weeks and didn’t want to leave with the door propped up in the frame. He also used my extension cord to run his saw. I have a refrigerator/freezer in my garage. I didn’t realize when he used his saw it popped the GFI switch to the refrigerator/freezer. It destroyed the food in the refrigerator/freezer. We stored meat in that freezer and it was all ruined. I heard the one installer tell the other it was ok the door didn’t fit because the saw no longer worked. None of them asked to check the circuit breaker I didn’t know to do that. But this time I got really angry because they were just to inept. I told the man who was the salesman. He attempted to tell me that they bring their own extension cords along with a electrical strip. I told them they had forgotten that and was using mine. When installers came back I was angry when I saw Lynn smoking again and told him to stop smoking because he tossed his butts around my yard; he left a mess. He told me I shouldn’t talk to him that way. I called the salesman and asked him to have Lynn pick up his cigarette butts if he’s going to be smoking. Then they wanted to use my electrical circuits again and I told him about the loss of my meat and all the things that was in the refrigerator and freezer. He plugged his cord into the outside of my house, The installers got the French doors installed. The salesman came back and gave me the remainder of the bill. He had to deduct the bathroom door off the bill. He took some money off for the loss of the food but after waiting a year, rude installers and receptionist plus the owner avoiding me I would not recommend them at all.Lowes or Home Depot would be better.

Initial service agent assigned botched measurements and delayed services with bad measurements, poor quotes of applicable/available products, etc.. The company response to getting three different work items ($3K of work) back on track salvaged the situation, got the projects completed and with great results. A poor employee (or series of bad days?) happens. How the company responded was key to me. They appear to have fired the guy, or at least removed him from our account. Overall satisfied customer.

Called River City Glass for an estimate on a simple, small residential window replacement and they were prompt in coming out and giving me an estimate. However, we decided to postpone the repair and when I called back months later, they still had our information and needed to run it by the person who gave us the original estimate. Almost a week later, still no call back. So, we decided to get another estimate from a different company, which was almost $60 cheaper and they repaired it on the spot.

30 minutes late and not even a phone call. I had an appointment for workers to arrive between 8 and 9 am. When no one arrived by nine I called and spoke to a very nice receptionist. 15 minutes later (9:15) I got a call from the workers stating they "...wanted to give me heads up..." they would be here in 15-20 minutes. No apology. No reason just matter of fact. They arrived at 9:27. Nice guys. Just wish they would consider a bit more customer service and not keep us waiting.

Dropped off window for glass replacement 8 days ago called today to check the status on it because it supposed to be ready for pick up yesterday. Find out is going to take another two weeks. You would think for $160 service would be a lot faster just to replace double glass in one window.

I was hung up on by the person who answered my call, the day after I was told I would receive a call from them regarding my order. Had to go in person to receive my order without knowing whether it would be ready or not. May be good for big orders, do not recommend for small orders.

I had a big front window replaced. I thought they did a good job as it was not an easy window to do. The window looks good and the guys doing the work were very good. I am pleased with this company.
