Thanks to Heather Runkle and her awesome customer service I was able to get insurance immediately due to Allstate canceling my policy for a mistake that they made on their end trying to say they never received Octobers payment, but my bank statement shows otherwise. I went to make Novembers payment over the phone to find out through their automated system that I no longer had coverage. I never received notification through the mail or email stating this had taken place. I went from paying 95.00 monthly to 75.00 monthly. Thank You Heather Runkle you have one satisfied customer. I am looking forward to working with the State Farm family for all my insurance needs.

My wife and I have had a ten year relationship with Gary Albert and State Farm. When we moved here in 2004 and bought our new home Gary reviewed our situation and did a wonderful job of serving our needs. Gary put together an umbrella package that covers our home, auto and accident liability all in one money saving policy ! This past January during our yearly review I told Gary that we were trying to find a refinance on our home before rates went up. Sixty days later we went to settlement on a new State Farm home mortgage that was at a better rate then we could find anywhere else. We are proud to recommend Gary Albert at State Farm Insurance.

My husband and I were accustomed to having an insurance agent who only contacted us once per year - to send the bill! At first, we thought having to meet Gary and his team face-to-face was overkill, but when we met with them, we realized just what we had been missing. Gary and his entire team were not only professional and genuinely interested in developing the right insurance programs for us, they were welcoming and friendly. Gary and the Mortgage Consultant Jane Pach was able to provide the loan confirmation within 2 days after being rejected by our original lender and told by another lender that it could NOT be done.
