Unreal how unorganized this operation is. Constant mistakes and procedure failures. Our healthcare system is broken and we are being scammed by a sense of government cooperation. Ambetter needs to close and be held responsible.I feel bad for the doctors that they do not pay. Finally switched to another company that is doing a much better job. Try another insurance, any but the clown show from sunshine health.

As a doctor medicare approve my claims and Sunshine should pay remaining balance as supplementary coverage once my claims get approved by medicare (that is what happens with all insurance companies). IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 2 YEARS I DID NOT GET A PENNY FROM THEM DESPITE CALLING SO MANY TIMES. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.

Awful, useless, retards. Sunshine health changed my PCP without notifying me or giving me a reason why. They were unable and unwilling to change me back to my doctor of many years. I will find another insurance provider asap. Hope that Sunshine Health does us all a favor and goes out of business quickly.

Gears great reviews so I enrolled my son on sunshine health Medicaid had no problem finding providers or specialist who accepts the insurance what so ever I will be enrolling myself in Ambetter by sunshine health
