I have always had good customer service with Blackadar. I recently asked Patti to come out to my office for a meeting and consult on what insurances policies i need for my two businesses in healthcare. She replied that she does not go into the community she is a house agent. She was going to get someone to contact me and help me out. It has been 5 weeks now since the email. No one has contacted me. They need to develop agents that go into the community and service clients needs.
