Anne Elise Kennedy was very helpfu and kind handling my immigration case. I have been trying to contact someone at the USCIS office in Houston because my case has fallen out of standard processing time. For the past 4 months the only response I have gotten is "your case is pending, sorry". It has been almost two years since my wife and I applied for residency, her being a U.S. citizen. I was feeling very helpless before visiting the lawyer, but now I feel much better. Anne patiently listened to my case, took notes, and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. She offered options and recommended the option that not necessarily benefited her financially but benefited me the most.
