Schwartz as well as the Bailey and Galyen staff were highly professional, thorough in their investigation of all the case details and amazingly forthcoming with meaningful communications and customer service. We went to Bailey & Galyen fully intent on going to trial for being falsely accused of shoplifting. Kristie Walsdorf charged us $2000 for representation. After we paid her we never saw her again until the pre-trial hearing. At the pre-trial hearing, she coerced my wife into taking a plea bargain by telling her "you will never work again" and "its their word against yours."
