I called up the other day looking for quotes for home insurance and the rep on the phone was very helpful. she first started off by stating her name . I want to say her name was Kimberly Mallard. I was on the phone with her for at least twenty min asking her all types of questions regarding my policy quote for home insurance. She was very helpful and On point. She was able to answer all my questions quick and prompt. I am a client that will right reviews on any company i deal with and I also read other reviews that are written as well before I write my review. As I was going through to see what others were righting I noticed someone bashed kim in there review . I think that that person has to much time on there hands. I will work with kim any day of the week. You do great work and I am glad you were my agent who picked up the phone. From Adam

I have dealt with a few different people at the agency and they were all very helpful to me. In particular, Sara Croley has gone above and beyond my expectations many times. They are very lucky to have such an asset as Sara on their staff. Loyal employees like her are hard to come by, and harder to keep. I will always go to them first for all kinds of insurance. Please do not go here. I was their client for 3 years. Sawgrass would not re-write my policy. They are pulling out of Orlando. Did Florida Insurance Specialists contact the client? No. I was left contacting them. Then, no return calls from anyone! Went with Allstate! If you want to do all the work and they get paid, then this is the place for you. If you want someone to watch over your largest investment, STAY AWAY!. Be warned, i am so not joking!

FRAUD ALERT. Mansi sold us insurance at twice the premium for "immediate cash" payment in full. It turned out to be that the same, better or similar insurance can be bought for less than 50% of the premium. The service people there is really unprofessional and I agree with the other review that states the same. AVOID.

Well, they used to be good. I had two houses insured through them previously. I moved one to another company and asked that they cancel one. They canceled the wrong one causing me problems with my mortgage company. Then they had a bad attitude when I pointed it out and asked for assistance. I would go elsewhere.
