I had a car accident. Called Jeremy. He was able to help make getting back on the road smooth. Even when I was too busy to call the body shop, Jeremy was calling to make sure that I had all the information that I needed. When it seemed like too long a period to wait, Jeremy was on the phone again making sure that my car was getting the full attention of the body shop and dealership to get my claim finished faster. I had another national insurance agency with a policy that started in 1972. Even with the best discounts that they had I still saved $300 a year on my car insurance with Shine and have better customer service with Shine. Cannot beat that at all!!!
