If I could have given this place a negative star rating, I would have. Unfortunately, I can only give the lowest rating of one star! Quite a negative experience. I am an AAA member and went to the Chastain/Roswell Road location to get fluid changes for my 2004 Toyota RAV4, using some nice coupons I received in the mail. As is typical in many auto repair places, after the fluids change on the coupons, they try to find add on work. Why is it that so many auto repair places do this!!! I authorized two fluids services: oil/filter change/tire rotation and cooling system flush. Upon examination of the vehicle, they said three things that were wrong: the front brake pads were worn near the tolerance, the power steering fluid needed changing and the wheels needed alignment. There was no a brake problem when I brought the vehicle into AAA, although I was guessing that the front pads were low given the mileage on the vehicle. The pedal was firm and high. I just had my power steering fluid replaced 10,000 miles ago! I authorized the brake work, but declined the power steering fluid change and alignment. On the “exit” repair work form, I circled “return all used parts to me” – (wanting to get the rotors to look at) – expecting them to be in my vehicle, but they were not. The Invoice says the brake service consists of resurfacing of the rotors – why then did AAA replace the rotors. Did they charge me twice – once for resurfacing the rotors and again for new rotors!! When I was returned the vehicle the brake pedal was extremely soft and went almost to the floor! Sending a car back on the road with a potential brake problem is a safety hard and I would think a serious liability for an auto repair business. Didn’t they test drive the vehicle after brake service – anyone would have noticed the issue. The service manager conceded quickly on return that the brake pedal softness and its almost going to the floor is not how the brakes should be. He said he would call me when the follow up work was complete and never did. I had to call them when it was close to the time I needed my vehicle back. On the second checkout, the service manager said they bled air out of the brake system (can you imagine a service giving me back a vehicle with a brake pedal that went almost all the way to the floor!) and if there was still a problem, the master cylinder would need to be replaced. No problem with the master cylinder/braking system when I took the vehicle in. Do you think I would have this AAA location replace my master cylinder after what they did to my brakes! My pedal is still soft, but not nearly as much as when I first picked the vehicle up. AAA does not live up to its reputation as a car repair service, at least at this location.

Not very professional. I wanted to give this place a try as I had never been there and it was just around the corner. I went in for a brake job on the front, which I know I needed by the mileage and to have the belts changed. I knew what the price should be, as I have this performed many times. The sales rep/ manager gave me a price that was high, I told them I would just take it somewhere else. So they came down 100.00 on the price. I said fine go ahead. I had to bring back my car 3 times to have the belts adjusted each time I was not given priority and had to wait 4 hours. The mechanic could not figure out that the brand of belt that they used on the alternator was just a little too big, which was causing the constant slippage. The sad part is that the mechanic new the belt was slipping as it slipped on every crank up, but I guess he was hoping somehow that I was not going to notice, they called me and said the car was ready for me to pick up. The mechanic could not have drove the car out of the bay with the belt slipping when he cranked it up but still tried to play it off. Next to offset the price reduction that they gave me they used inferior brake pads. I have never had my brake pads last less than 30,000 miles but the ones that they put in only last 20,000. I looked at the pads when I took it to Firestone and they had nothing left on them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Disappointed in new AAA car care. My wife went in for oil change and tire rotation. Technician blew off the tire rotation because "they looked ok". Duh - they looked ok due to regular rotation. Did you just not want to hassle with Lexus locking lug nuts? Better off to go with one of the many express service operators next time.

Made an appointment for an oil change. Staff was friendly, no pesky up selling pressure, work appears to have been done well, car was returned clean. But work took about an hour and a half to complete, so if quick turnaround is important you may want to look elsewhere.

Got an oil change, then on the way out the engine started smoking... pulled into Goodyear, and turns out they (AAA) neglected to put a gasket on the oil filter. Very simple job completely done wrong, and my car still smells like burnt oil inside.
