My husband and I got a loan from here and gave them our Samsung TV that cost us 1800$ to hold. We got it out 2 weeks later and as soon as we plugged it in when we got home we saw the top right corner has damage, I called them to let them know what happened and the guy I spoke with said they usually don’t do anything about these kinds of things because they don’t know what happens after it leaves the pawnshop. Which I completely understand, but I know for a fact we did not damage our tv and handled it with care traveling home with it in the car. I’m not looking to get anything out of this we have a warranty on the TV, but what pisses me off is that they would handle one of a customers possesions, with such little care. They had to have dropped it or something. I wouldn’t suggest anyone getting a loan from here and have them hold one of your expensive items!

These Kids they have giving and evaluating your stuff have limited knowledge and do not show any respect for you the customer. they are almost like robots answered are predetermined from past experiences and they seem very lazy and unwilling to take that extra step to help folks out..Dicks is not a true pawn shop its a rip off department store with uneducated staff!..they really should take heed to these post because it will define there future..

The money they make is in loans and you realize that if you have cash to spend. Customer Service is not a strong point. I collect hand guns and have bought four. If you are looking for reasonable prices you are hard pressed unless you are a rube with no knowledge of worth. Once in a while you can manage a good deal if the timing is right otherwise it is set up for the "tax refund, payday, got to spend it" customer.

Kelsie I believe is her name she looked to be a manger type. Sold us a PS3 at a great price but when we got home we found that the console had an issue and didnt work correctly. Kelsie fixed the problem and we are happy customers. Thanks Kelsie!
