MCKENZIE LOOS

I use to work there and quit because of how rude the manager is. They dont wash the clothes they bring in. They just spray it down with a ton of febreeze at the end of every shift. So every piece of clothing you try on has been tried on by a ton of other sweaty people in the summer and who knows what was done with the clothing when it was brought in. Would not recommend this store to anyone or for anyone looking for a job. The girls who work there do not have the first idea about cuatomer service and are plain rude and I can say that because I use to work there and couldnt deal with their attitudes and drama. Plus they will rarely take your clothes when you try to sell. Take it somewhere else and save your time.

This place is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. These people would not buy a North Face hoodie but they have scuffed up plastic boots hanging in there along with disgusting old looking clothes and what not. What teenager would not want a North Face hoodie but instead would rather have fake leather , pleather , plastic nasty boots that have had other people’s disgusting feet in them. Major rip off and a total waste of time. Do not spend time packing up nice gently used clothing , which they “ supposedly “ want because they won’t buy it from you and if they do, by some unknown lucky chance they don’t give you enough to even ruin your day driving to this dump. Never again !!!!!

If your above a large dont waste your time. But thats not my biggest complaint. Ive bean to this store twice and both times the cashiers talk loudly back and forth accross the store about completely inappropriate things. This last time was some pretty mean spirited gossip about a girl getting pregnant. Seriously? This is a store not the set of mean girls. Also when I asked a question, interrupting them I got an eye roll and a annoyed sounding reply. Needless to say I left my items and politely left.

Ever since I was in 9th grade. Mettle beach Platos was the first Platos I got to experience. I spent over $400 there! I even got a free recycle bag! This will be my original Platos and the one that got me hooked on Platos. Thanks for introducing to Platos Closet now everything I travel I find one! I also ended up being employed by one. Every single experience I have had at the Myrtle Beach Platos Closet has been phenomenal. The staff are happy, friendly, busy people. They are always very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about todays trends. Love love love this store. Keep it up Platos. One of my favorite places to shop!!!
