I am surprised by the bad reviews I am reading. I loved my experience here. I bought a new "used" car and needed to get it plated and the title transferred. It was so nice to be able to go in on a Friday evening after work and wait only like 10 minutes versus spending an afternoon at the DMV. I first called to make sure they could perform the services I needed an so and they were friendly and answered my questions with confidence. I had the same experience and great customer service when I went in. I will definitely refer friends to them and go back in the future!

they dont even deserve 1 star, very rude, i called to get help, she said we are busy call back in 20, i said can someone else help, she replied, "oh well, your gona hold for 20" then she hang up, didnt even let me talk. i called back right away and someone else answered and helped me right away. Extremely Rude, and its not the first time. they need more training, i believe gg&d can be a great company for their faster service and hours, but they need to pay attention to their employees. customers come first. PLEASE TRAIN THEM !!!

My husband and I went to cash time on 23rd ave and camelback and got s loan 2 weeks ago and the lady was very nice. We paid it off 2 days later and we went back to cash time today on 23rd ave and camelback at 5pm and we waited 45 minutes and we were told we had to go to cash time on 43rd ave and glendale and Sofia Paramo was very nice, very fast, caring, friendly and we give her 5 stars. No respect for their customers, they try to nickel and dime you for everything and add charges that you never wanted. Manager was processing my titles and asked me to sit down, so she could do another person after me. No equality, they only look for higher paying customers. Took my business elsewhere. No ethics

Im shocked that everyone has had a bad experience here. Its my go-to place for liscences, and permits. And im also shcoked that nobody likes Blanca, she was really nice to me. Honestly everyone there is nice. 10/10 reccomend.
