Worst place to cash a check!! We came to this location to cash a small payroll check of $200.00 we were helped as soon as we walked in by one girl, after sitting for a hour another girl called me to the windo and began to ask all my information I gave her everything she asked for despite her huge attitude after 15 min of information I got frustrated and asked why am I having to do all of this for a $200 check the girl who turned out to be the store MANAGER there RACHEL was VERY RUDE & HAD NO KIND OF CS skills & WEN MY WIFE ASKED FOR THE MANAGER SHE REPLIED I AM THE MANAGER AND BEGAN TO ARGUE WITH MY WIFE AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY ID BACK I HONESTLY THINK SHE WAS ON DRUGS OR NEEDS TO FIND A Job THAT MAKES HER HAPPY I also reported her to her corporate office. Very bad service Rachel ....

The workers are rude they and the manager take they job way to personal !! When i come around the ladys are always chatting and laughing, and playing around like kids in the back you can hear them. and they call you early in the damn morning ! seriously they aint heard of voicemail they keep calling many times in a row maybe thats they job man I mean for realsz ????

Laura/Loren (Sorry Bad at names) Anyways, she helped me transfer a title to my name from another state was very helpful and pleasant. NOTE: Prior stopping here I was at GG&D Motor Vehicle Services and service was not Pleasant in fact lady behind the window there was very rude and unsure of how to transfer a title she kept yelling over to another person. RUDE!

Rachel was very helpful. She got me in and out in a timely manner and was always on point with answering all of my questions. When I walked in she welcomed me with a smile and and made the registration loan renewal process super easy. This location is 20 minutes from my house but from now on I will be coming here. Very good customer service!!!!!!

I reported them to the Better Business Bureau for rude staff ( Manager Jessica) and not being able to get information on my loan. I added extra money they denied it and told me I was behind in payments when they pulled payments from my account automatically bi-weekly and kept calling and harassing me

When i came in here a month ago it was awesome jennifer was very helpful and kind.now my girlfriend went there to get a loan and the lady is very rude doesnt not talk to her she only wants to talk about what she had to eat she is very very very very very rude she needs a new job away from people
