Mr levy my wife first retained him with life saving results she had serious charges lookin at 8 years 85 percent sentence to time served and probation im not proud of this but at certain times of my life i have made mistakes and ended up in that courtroom my self and me being that person i have bn there more than i care to remember but with that bn said i can get a feel for an attorney thats gona do right by you of course u want him to be sharp and witty educated and up to date on new laws and also u want to see how he is respected amongst his peers at his place of business a court of law wich he is all of those things but to me the single most important characteristic is that attorney gona fight for u and not bs you or fold on you even if its easier somtimes to take a plea he will explain to your options and help u make an educated decision and if u want to vigorously fight in a trial setting hes all for that and excellent at what he does from misdemeanor dui to a hard felony this is someone you want to reprsent you or a fellow loved one
