My three young grandchildren and I were represented by Mark Sparks of the Mostyn Law Firm in an extremely complicated personal injury litigation which involved two separate car wrecks within an 8 month period and which caused me to suffer very serious spinal injuries. Mark and his litigation team took on four defense attorneys and, after settling with one defendant, he brought the other three to trial in February of 2015 in Jefferson County, Texas. His charisma in the courtroom, sense of integrity and professionalism was something I will not soon forget. Through his expertise and meticulous case strategy, Mark was able to ensure that the defense’s only expert witness was struck from testifying by the Court. The Mostyn Law Firm were hired to represent a nonprofit home for children with disablities during a storm. Administrators of the home were fighting with the Big Insurance Companies who could have cared less as to the living conditions for these children. The Law Firm took quick actions to restore the home for these children. Mr Mostyn had such a big heart that he contributed a substantial donation. In addition, he also contributed his personal time visiting and getting to know these children. He made sure that the children would be financial sound for years to come. There are angels that watch over children with special needs and Mr Mostyn and his law firm were these childrens graduate angels during difficult times.
