I have stopped in to this AAA Montgomery Blvd. office twice in the past year and received superb service both times. The facility is the nicest, cleanest, most well staffed and well stocked AAA facility I have ever visited. My requests for Triptiks were filled within five minutes while I browsed through the travel brochures. The first agent we spoke with was so genuinely friendly and interested in our trip that my disabled husband quickly relaxed and felt comfortable. All the agents we have delt with at this location have been friendly, professional and well informed about the trips we planned. The Triptiks they prepared for us were the old style that give information about the towns along the route. We prefer these to the newer printouts. I would highly recommend a visit to this AAA location to any members in the Albuquerque area.

Im soo sad to say AAA failed me today i call for roadside service and find out the member ship we pay for is good for 4 calls only they dont want to help me and Andy worst agent over has been no help with the claim process he doesnt even return our calls and the manger is on a vaction for 1 month also no returning our calls

Transferred our insurance last year....no problems with the transfer and AAA Cut our premiums in half and we now have better coverage with a lower deductible....good service as well.
