*** Updated, they caused a second laps, and my driver was arrested for having suspended registration due to laps, called again, told me to go F myself, stay away. **APPROXIMATELY 6 MONTHS AGO AN AGENT FROM ELLA YELKINS BROKERAGE CONTACTED ME STATEING THAT THERE WAS A LAPSE IN MY INSURANCE DUE TO NON PAYMENT. WE REALIZED THAT SHE HAD AN ADRESS ON FILE THAT WE WERE NO LONGER USING SHE CLAIMED TO HAVE UPDATED OUR NEW ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER. SHE ALSO SIGNED ME UP FOR AUTOPAY WHERE THE INSURANCE BILL WILL BE DIRECTLY DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR SIX MONTHES THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. TODAY I GET A PHONE CALL STATING THAT THERE ONCE AGAIN IS A LAPSE IN MY INSURANCE DUE TO NON PAYMENT. WHEN I ASKED HER HOW CAN THAT BE SHE CLAIMS THAT SHE SENT ME PAPER WORK TO BE SIGNED FOR THE AUTOPAY. I NEVER RECIEVE THIS PAPER WORK BECAUSE SHE APPARENTLY DID NOT UPDATE MY NEW ADDRESS FROM OUR PREVIOUS CALL AND SENT IT TO OLD ADDRESS. SO NOW I ONCE AGAIN NEED TO PAY A FINE FOR A LAPSE IN INSURANCE WHICH IS COMPLETLY THE FAULT OF THE OFFICE OF ELLA YELKIN FOR NOT PROPERLY UPDATING MY INFORMATION IN THE SYSTEM. I EXPLAINED THAT I DIDNT FEEL THAT I SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FINE GIVEN THAT IT WAS AN ERROR ON THEIR OFFICES PART. THEY REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR FAULT AND WERE UNWILLING TO PAY THE FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS IN ORDER TO KEEP MYSELF , A CUSTOMER OF MANY YEARS HAPPY. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO BE SO CARELESS WITH PAPERWORK AND PEOPLES INFORMATION WHEN IN THE INSURANCE BUSINESS

In the world where most insurance companies do not have an office store front, and every time you call a different agent handles your case, I greatly appreciate an opportunity to work with Ella Yelkin’s team face-to-face. In particular, I have been helped by Biana Gutman for a number of years. The service I received is outstanding – all my inquiries and questions had always been answered promptly, with outmost consideration. I was genuinely surprised to read negative comments – I’ve worked in a customer-facing environment for many years and I know a good service when I experience one!!!

STAY AWAY! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. This is the worst and most incompetent agent I have ever had, she and her office actually MADE me switch to Allstate. They are rude and arrogant. They never answer your calls and never get back to you. I was left helpless many times and paid so much money for absolutely nothing. They will make you lose money because they know nothing about special offers or discounts and will never call you back. Please learn from my mistakes and stay far away.

I have nothing good to say about this place, the service is non existent , there is no one there left to do what needs to be done, I chase everyone around just to get a billing issue taken care of.. With that said, if I could have give A 0 stars I would . Place really went to ruins .

Nothing but bunch of clowns. They add unnecessary items to your insurance to scam. Bunch of schemers.What do you expect when you have little kids like Eugene working for you. All their policies need to be audited and place needs to be shut down.
