I have had nothing but great experiences with PV Heating and Air. They have been servicing my home since 2007 and have always gone above and beyond my expectations. The customer service is superb and has always been. My most recent experience included assistance with communication between my home warranty company and the PV technician that provided a consult that I believed should have been covered. Although PV is not a contracted provider for my warranty company, they did not hesitate to help me communicate the technical details of my issue. They even offered to come out and ensure everything was done properly after the contracted technician completed the job. I have a maintenance agreement with PV and will always use them for my HVAC needs. These guys are are the best and I still get excited when I see their trucks on the street. They have incredible work ethic and are the most honest service providers I have ever done business with.

I live in Decatur, GA, my heater wasn’t working back in December, 2014, I called Peavey A/C & Heating they come and advise me to change the furnace, I paid $150 for the inspection then $1,750 for changing the furnace, everything seem working well until we turn on the AC on May, 2014, then we noticed a leak under the furnace, I called Peavey A/C & Heating again to check it out, this time he said there is a leak on the system and we are nor responsible check it the leak will cost $375 and adding Freon will cost $284, I requested a second opinion so I hire another AC Certified tech to check it out , he said that the system is fine but the coil wasn’t level when the new furnace was installed, so I paid $425 including adding freon to the system. I spoke with Joe from Peavey A/C & Heating and ask him for a refund, at this time they declined. I will not recommend them may be only to change the filter.

PV Heating and Air is extremely professional. After a perfect installation of the AC / heating system in my home, they scheduled a service of the unit after a few month. Joe came to my home a few minutes early and put on shoe covers and went to my AC unit to check the operation & taking voltage readings at various locations and entering these into his iPad. This logging of information for both heat & air is kept by the company for comparison of future use when problems might be spotted before they become big problems. The whole checkup took about 30 minutes. The filter was changed & spare ones left for my future replacement. After Joe left, I received an email receipt. This is a dedicated company that uses up to date technology. Thanks PV

I am an out of state owner and live in Los Angeles. I own a house in Stockbridge that had an air conditioning system stop working. Unlike another contractor I called who said they could get to me the next week the guys at Peavey said next day. They were totally professional. They called my tenant and set up a time. They let me know when they were seeing her and even called me to let me know they were on their way. It turned out to be a minor problem which they fixed on the spot for a very reasonable price. Just a pleasure to deal with. I own a floor covering store in Los Angeles and know all about customer service and these guys rock!!

The people at Peavey are Professionals: We were recommended to Peavey by GA Power when we complained that our replacement Heating and Air Conditioning system was not working efficiently. Peavey offered to consult first (for a charge) and then execute on their recommendations. They diagnosed the problems, explained their recommendations all backed by facts and delivered the solution to our satisfaction. They are experts in the art and science of Building Performance and reliable and courteous. Not for those who want to take short cuts. I will continue to use and highly recommend them.

I had a very good experience with PV Heating and Air and would recommend this company. The owners, technicians and office staff were easy to reach, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We used PV for a spray foam installation and for some HVAC maintenance an repairs. PV does a great job with communication as well. They have a professional staff throughout the organization. In my case, there was an issue with one of the repairs. When I brought it to the attention of management, it was handled swiftly and fairly. I am completely satisfied with my experience.

It was pouring rain today when I ran into James H., your Serv. Technician, leaving my neighbor’s condo. We both ended up standing under an overhang while we waited for the rain to stop. I asked his opinion on a major A/C drain issue that my contractor, A/C HVAC person & plumber created, but could not resolve. James inspected my problem and quickly came up with a solution! I highly recommend James H. for any A/C HVAC work. He thinks outside the box! He is also a very nice, honest person to have working in your home. Thank you, James!

I had a 15 SEER Trane Heat pump installed along with the duct cleaning and sealing option done in April 2014. Peavy was very efficient and competent. They handled an unforeseen problem with the installation with no hesitancy and did not charge extra for the modification. Peavy is honest, efficient and knowledgeable. Their service is fast and professional and their prices are very good. I highly recommend Peavy Heating and Air for all HVAC needs and would not hesitate to use them again.

These guys did an awesome job with our townhome HVAC! We needed to replace one outside unit, but decided to go ahead and replace both, since they were old and these guys seemed so professional. PV was able to schedule service just a few days after our initial meeting, and they finished the job in just two days! Great company. They do a thorough job of inspecting my HVAC unit twice a year and always rush out to fix my system if anything goes awry since I have a service contract with them. The technician Paul B. is knowledgeable and very personable. He is candid about what needs to be fixed sooner rather than later and what any issues that are present but can wait if not in my budget. Great service! The two guys who came out today to service the AC for a tuneup were very knowledgable and helpful. PV reinstalled a Mitsubishi split air conditioner and provide our maintenance needs. I have dealt with the office staff and maintenance people.
