My interactions with R&M began with an online scheduled Service Call for our second floor AC. I received an email confirmation within the hour, followed by a phone call the next day, prior to the appointment. Tommy came out to do the service. He was very polite and professional, called before he arrived and was overall very nice to work with. He took the time to explain everything that was wrong. I decided not to service the old unit (20 years old) and get a new one. Then I worked with Darrin, a Comfort Advisor, to pick out a new unit. Darrin was a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time and communicated by phone and email in a very timely manner. He was "extremely" helpful throughout the entire process. Within just a few days of placing the order, Josh and Brandon came out to replace the indoor and outdoor units. They were very polite and professional as well. They worked very quickly to get the units installed. They never complained about the tight space in which they had to work in the attic, they just got to work. They cleaned up everything and the unit is working great. My entire experience with R&M has been great. They were always on time. There were no high pressure sales tactics. They were always very professional. Communication was excellent. Service talked to Sales, Sales talked to the Installers. They always knew what was going on. I was very worried, as there are so many shady companies out there. I have found one I will continue to use. I frequently rely on reviews to select services. I want to make sure I left a good review for this company, so others may use it to get great service as well.

We recently had a Mitsubishi split system installed. Our total experience from Kaleb, our sales presentative, to Josh & Chris, our installation crew, was superb. Caleb was our introduction to your company and he gave us a very positive, professional impression. He responded to our initial inquiry right away, came to our home when he said he would, answered every question, always knowledgeable and professional. Josh & Chris presented a great work ethic as they installed our unit. They were also very pleasant, professional and respectful. The finished job looks great. the unit functions even better than we imagined!

We had a challenging problem in a small crowded utility room packed with a washer and dryer, furnace/ac and water heater. Colin suggested we install a new Lennox furnace / AC in the attic to save room. We also mounted a Rinnai tankless water heater on the wall. This left plenty of extra space in the room to wash clothes without bumping into the other equipment. Brandon and Josh installed a completely new system including replacing all of the duct work and plumbing the water heater too. It is all so quiet and efficient. We are very pleased we chose R&M.

Josh and Brandon replaced our heat pump last week. They delivered the unit within two days of when we decided to replace. They arrived on the expected time, and began working right away. They were both very courteous and professional. They worked steadily thru the day, and had to compensate for an opening too small to accommodate the assembled unit. They had to partially dissemble it, and reassemble it in the location in our attic. They continued working until about 7:00 pm, and then cleaned up the area. We were very happy with their work.

Great Service. The entire experience was great from the beginning to the end. The operator informed us of current specials and got us in the schedule even though they were busy. The technician completely went over the system and informed us what repairs were needed and made sure we understood our options before investing our hard earned money into a possible lost cause. We had the engineer come out and design a new system that we can fit into our budget with their financing plans. So far we are very happy with our new system. Thank you!

The technician was on time. He was knowledgeable and efficient. However, the HVAC unit needed an R-22 charge. The charge to replace R-22 refrigerant was $179 per lb. I shopped on line and you can buy 30 lbs of R-22 for $900; about $30 a lb. I called another local HVAC company and asked their price. It was $90 for the first lb and $60 for each additional lb. If you need to service an R-22 unit that has a leak, I suggest you shop and ask for the unit price for R-22 replacement.

Just had R&M out to fix my furnace. Called this morning. Scheduled and fixed this afternoon with a new part the repair person went and picked up. Luckily it was under warranty, but previous HEating and air Pros came out still charged me a "service fee", not R&M though. Again, fast, efficient, friendly. Great job. Will be using them again should the need arise.

They came to my house soon after I made the call and found the problem very fast. They listened to my concerns and did the job accordingly. They ran out of the part the first visit and used a temporary solution to keep my heater running and came back in the early morning to replace it. The communication is clear and swift.
