The installers of our new system arrived at 9:30 am as scheduled. Jerry Wiley and Caleb Sims proceeded to dismantle and remove the old system with ease. Jerry and Caleb are a team, each knew what had to be completed they worked in synchrony. The installation took all day, as Jerry said it would. Jerry and Caleb were very professional and answered any questions I had concerning the new system. Upon completion Jerry activated the iComfort S360 Smart Thermostat and explained in detail how to operate it and its functions. The old Lennox system that was removed had seen better days. The technological advances of the new Lennox XP25 system are truly amazing. From a Seer rating of 23.5 to the iphone app that controls the system from anywhere is cool. I would highly recommend Coastal Heating and Air Conditioning and if you have a new system installed hope you get Jerry and Caleb as your installers. They are the best. Coastal should be very proud to have employees like them, they are an asset to your company.

I would like to commend the outstanding service provided by Jerry Wiley and Caleb Sims in respect to the installation of our new air conditioning /heating unit on Tuesday, June 14, 2016.They were scheduled to arrive at 10:00 a.m., but arrived at 9:30 a.m. with a positive attitude, good team work and excellent customer service skills. By way of background, we were without air for about a month and when Jerry and Caleb arrived to install the new unit, they told me that when they left, I would have a smile on my face.They worked tirelessly all day and made sure that everything was in good working order. In fact, when they started to install the heating unit, they noticed that it was slightlly damaged. At this point, they stopped working , went to the facility and returned with a new unit. The company is very fortunate to have such dedicated and hardworking team whose goal is to make sure that when they leave their clients have smiles on their faces! Thanks a lot, Jerry and Caleb.

I setup an appointment for an annual inspection of my Lennox system with Coastal. Zach W. was sent out. He was very courtesy and explained the ends and out of the annual inspection. I explained that my unit was only 2 years old but, my unit was not draining water properly and the water was coming from under my house and not the PVC pipe that was there to drain the water out of my house. Zach called back his manager and explained the problem. After a brief talk, Zach stated that he could correct the problem but he would have to go back to the office an hour plus away. Zach did not hesitate, he drove back to pick up the proper items and returned and fixed the problem without complaining like so many young people do today. He was truly a lifesaver today. It has been an honor and privilege to have Service Experts, "Jerry Wiley and Robert Redd work in our home. These two gentlemen implemented excellent work ethics, and confidence. They gave me a great understanding of the process and procedures Coastal needed, while installing a new HVAC system in my home. They arrived early and worked continuously until the job was completed. They maintained contact with me and there office when problems arouse, keeping both informed through the entire process. After the process was completed, the worked area was cleaned and put back in order.(This was done Daily) A review was done upon completion, every process explained. They did an excellent job, and represented there company(Coastal) well.

Today, I had a brand new Lennox heating/AC system installed and 2 additional vents cut-out and duct work installed in the attic. It was an all day process! Do not trust these people, I have a home that is a rental property in Pooler, GA and this company claims that they performed a service at the home. The renters do not recall Coastal coming to the house and have no documentation of the event. Coastal then charges me, but does not notify me(phone or mailing address) and then submits the bill to collections. Been trying for weeks now just to talk to a manager and they are always out of the office. Also, Coastal still has not produced any proof of the work performed. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS YOU CAN.

Jerry Wiley, lead man, And Robert Redd; Coastal Heating and Air Conditioning, removed the existing residential HVAC gear (Gas furnace and outdoor AC unit) and installed a Lennox 16SEER 2-Stage heating and cooling system in one day. They worked, tirelessly, thru the day. The inside attic space was very tight, and the worked without complaint to get the job finished. They were very cordial and accomlished the work in a neat workman like manner. My wife and I were treaded with the utmost courtesy. We are extremely satisfied with Coastal Service Experts..
