They are a few thieves! They send you the bill when you are going to beat them and have them pay you 10 dollars more to pay in the office. It was always like this until one day I called before the bill expired and I told them that I had not received any bill and they sent it to me by mail and I paid the amount that came in the bill, but it turns out they are Rateros and now they are charging me 17 dollars more than because according to them does not send the full amount. Click on RATA insurance! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING ......

Like everyone else here, they were rude, slow to respond, even though they had all my info they couldnt find my policy and had no clue what they were doing. They told me via mail that I was eligible for a lower rate but once i got there they said that i wasnt. When I was leaving she said some time in the future my rate would drop, feeding me the same lie that I had already gotten.

I had called to get a quote and the guy said 138! I thought it was too good to be true so I shopped around for a different insurance. They guy continued to call me about five more times to go in and claim my quote. I went in and my price increased to 240. Overall terrible! Worst place for insurance!!
