I have been a customer of CSIS insurance for auto and home insurance for about 13 yrs. and have always been so happy with the customer service and professional assistance I receive. Most recently Adriana Donoso has helped me and its been such a pleasure. She is so amazing! She quickly resolved my issue with my homeowners insurance and corresponded with my mortgage company to fix the entire issue!! She handled it all for me and even made a change in my policy within minutes!! So pleased to get such awesome service!!!

Really i was not to sure to go here its far from home and its in a not so nice area of santa ana but i was surprised how friendly and helpfull she was i used to have progressive n paid over 90 bucks only liability Marcela got me Mercury for 79 bucks full cover and road assistance for free!!! seriously if you want to save some bucks go here!
