I am pleased to call Rancho Insurance my insurance company for 15 years now. I’ve been dealing with Beverly Bramson for the last four months regarding my 20 year old college student being taken off our insurance and then putting her back on. Because our circumstances have changed back a forth (like 5 times, take her off; no wait put her back on). She was courteous, calm and professional throughout the entire process. If it was me, I think there would’ve been somewhat frustration that this customer couldn’t make up their minds. To top it off, I was on a lot of vacations this summer, so I would have her send me emails of reminders and every time she completed these enormous emails promptly and never gave me an attitude that I was inconveniencing her. These people are professional as they are kind. Not to mention they are very knowledgeable! This is exactly what you need when shopping for an insurance company for coverage. Had Progressive before, does not even compare! Having to call a 1-800 number and get average service that varies from average to terrible is not good business and wastes my time. With Rancho Simi I have a very good rate for both home owners and auto insurance! Steve P. has done a phenomenal job of making it clear and simple. Recently my car broke down in heavy traffic. The tow service for Mercury would take over an hour. I called another tow. I called Rancho Simi Insurance to assist in recovering the cost of the tow. They said I would have to call some company Mercury outsources to make request a claim. Really??? Rancho Simi Insurance should have done this leg work for me. I know other agencies do it. Needless to say I now have emergency tow service through AAA.

Rancho Simi Insurance has been great to my family for over 10 years! I needed a new individual policy and Alex helped me out so much! The service was (as usual) awesome, he was so helpful that I walked out with an even better rate than I had anticipated. He even followed up and helped my brother with a new policy as well.
